Owner John Hare has long had had an admiration and interest in the founding forefathers of the Niagara Region. As a result labels were designed to convey a shift in time to the founding days of this vibrant and abundant agricultural area. His namesake ‘Hare’ is also fittingly a symbol of fertility and good fortune providing an icon significant of the region’s historical bounty.
