Pinewood Drop Campaign
For Pinewood Homes’ 50th anniversary, we created an exclusive drop campaign that sold out the townhomes. After early mismatches from standard media, a custom web app with a tongue-in-cheek questionnaire categorized buyer needs and matched them to the right product and price. Top candidates received personalized portals, exclusive offers, and direct support. From campaign strategy and UX to branding and launch, we executed the full project in just six weeks — resulting in a complete sellout of available units.
